
Mollendo
Mollendo is the largest producer of high quality Wagyu beef in Chile. Their cattle are raised with a strong focus on welfare and fed a natural diet, helping to consistently deliver exceptional flavour and marbling.
Their farming approach is focused on strong genetics, controlled feeding, and sustainability. Alongside, a water system that limits waste, the cows are fed a natural, corn-based diet, grown on the farm. Agricola Mollendo is a leading producer of Chilean Wagyu, recognised for the way it manages quality from farm to fork.
