Ito Wagyu

Ito Wagyu is a Japanese Wagyu producer based in the southern Kyushu region. Their approach is built on traditional Wagyu breeding, with each cattle carefully reared and monitored during every stage of growth.

The feeding regime is individually managed using a structured programme developed through years of experience. Rations are adjusted based on the condition of each animal, encouraging healthy growth and the development of the very best marbling.
