Kurobuta
Duke Of Berkshire

Duke of Berkshire is a rare British breed, long valued for its eating quality. Known as Kurobuta in Japan, this pork is recognised for its high intramuscular fat and fine muscle structure, producing meat that is darker, tender and well marbled. Reared in high-welfare, open environments and fed a balanced vegetarian multigrain diet, it delivers a fuller, slightly sweeter flavour.

Iberico Pork

Iberico is often described as the Wagyu of pork, and for good reason. Raised from 100% purebred Iberian pigs, this is pork defined by exceptional intramuscular marbling, rich flavour, and an eating experience that sets it apart from conventional breeds. Reared on a diet of acorns and grass, and backed by strict genetic selection, the result is meat that cooks beautifully, stays incredibly juicy, and delivers a deep, nutty and buttery finish.

 Suckling Pig

 Known in Spain as Cochinillo, the pigs are slaughtered at no more than three weeks old and fed exclusively on maternal milk, giving meat that is pale, fine-textured and naturally tender with a light layer of fat. Traditionally roasted whole, producing delicate meat with crisp skin.
